Where is my purpose

Tue Jul 29, 2008 9:52 am by Austin

Hi,
I'm pretty new to "this" (personal development). A bit about myself to start: 24 y.o. man/boy, student (architecture), single, interested in everything that has to do with the sea (sailing, surfing, diving or just plain swimming). I've seen the movie The Secret and I must admit that it did give me a boost of positive energy and a great deal of motivation to change some things in my life....like my financial situation which is a disaster at the moment ( I'm blaming expensive hobbies Wink. What I want to know before I dive into this new world is if it is a waste of time and energy to do anything about my life before I've discovered my life's purpose - and where the do I find it?? Can anyone just mail it to me please? Isn't life purpose something very Christian - something God supposed to give us? Recall the minister from my little hometown preaching about it... I'm not religious myself and do get a bit scared about the idea that some kind of authority (God) decides how I should spend my life.

Any suggestions, tips, advise our there?

Anyway, love your web site Peak22 - great design!

Austin
